Anyone who can sign in: admins, office staff, team leads and crew. People you remove or deactivate stop counting right away, so you can bring volunteers on for a deployment and take them off after.
Nothing breaks mid-response. Plan sizes are fair-use guides, not hard limits: if you regularly go well past yours, we'll talk with you about moving up a plan when it suits you. Going over never locks anyone out.
Your license runs for a year from the day your organization is set up, invoiced up front. 2- and 3-year licenses are available too. If paying for a year at once is hard for your budget, talk to us.
We'll be in touch during the last 30 days. If a license does lapse, sign-in pauses until it's renewed. Your data is kept safe, untouched, until you're back.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away, prorated for the rest of your license year. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
No. The form builder, approval routes, task and event types, your locations list and your branding are on every plan. Bigger plans add more hands-on help setting them up, not more features.
Yes. Registered nonprofits and churches get 20% off any plan, so Team is $1,600 a year, Organization $3,200 and Network $5,600. Just mention it when you get in touch.
